Gurly AI is a product of Callisto Holdings LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.

Welcome to Gurly AI. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

Gurly AI provides AI-generated interpretations of user-submitted text.

You agree to use the app responsibly and not for unlawful or harmful purposes.

2. No Guarantees

The analysis provided by Gurly AI is for informational and entertainment purposes only.

We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or reliability of results.

3. Subscriptions

Gurly AI offers a subscription:

  • $9.99 per month
  • Automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal
  • Managed through your Apple ID account

You can cancel anytime in your Apple account settings.

4. Payments

All payments are processed through Apple. We do not store payment information.

5. Limitation of Liability

Gurly AI is provided "as is." We are not responsible for decisions made based on app results.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if the app is misused.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
