Gurly AI is a product of Callisto Holdings LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.

Gurly AI ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use the Gurly AI mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

a. Text You Submit

When you use Gurly AI, you may submit text (such as messages or conversations) for analysis. This content is processed in real-time to generate results.

b. Account Information

When you sign in with Apple, we receive:

  • A unique Apple user identifier
  • Your email address (if you choose to share it)

c. Purchase Information

If you subscribe, Apple processes your payment. We do not receive or store your credit card or payment details.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide text analysis results
  • Operate and improve the app
  • Maintain service reliability and performance

3. Data Storage

  • Submitted text is not stored long-term after processing.
  • We do not build personal profiles based on your content.
  • We do not use your submitted text for advertising.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.

We may use trusted service providers (such as infrastructure or AI processing services) strictly to operate the app.

5. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information during transmission and processing.

  • Delete the app to discontinue data processing

Gurly AI is not intended for children under 13.

9. Third-Party Services

AI Analysis (Anthropic)

When you submit a conversation for analysis, the text you provide is sent to Anthropic's Claude AI service for processing.

  • What is sent: The conversation text you paste or upload
  • Who receives it: Anthropic (Claude AI)
  • Why: To analyze the conversation and generate your verdict
  • Data retention: Anthropic processes your request in real-time. We do not store your conversation text. Once your analysis is complete, the original text is discarded. We only retain verdict metadata (score, timestamp, vibe mode) for your history.
